Characteristics ① Botanical characteristics: plant height 32.60--78 cm, plant type spreading, leaves light green, stems green, flowers white. Tubers long and flat, light yellow, tuber skin smooth, eyes shallow, tuber flesh light yellow. ② Biological characteristics: growth period 82--116 days, dormancy period 80--150 days, medium-late maturing, tuber set relatively concentrated. Tolerant to waterlogging, drought and storage. Resistant to late blight, leafroll virus, mosaic virus and other diseases.

Yield performance: in the national southwestern regional variety trial, the average yield per unit area was 1726 kg, 31.50% higher than the widely grown Mira variety; the marketable tuber rate was 80%, crude starch content 74.80%, reducing sugar content at harvest 0.19%, reducing sugar content during storage 0.208%, and eating quality above medium. It is a new multi-purpose processing-type potato variety that is both high-yielding and disease-resistant, with low reducing sugar.

Cultivation points ① Suitable for planting in high, medium and low mountain areas as well as hilly and river valley areas. Early sowing is advisable; cultivate green short sturdy sprouts for sowing, sprout-promoted sowing or plastic film cultivation; in low mountain, hilly and river valley areas, plastic film mulching cultivation or sprout-promoted sowing is best. ② Deeply plow the soil 25--28 cm; for sole cropping sow 4444--5000 hills per mu, for intercropping 3000--3333 hills, sowing depth 15 cm. ③ Apply per mu 15 kg nitrogen fertilizer, 20 kg phosphate fertilizer, 5 kg potassium fertilizer, 1000 kg organic fertilizer or 15 kg compound fertilizer, and 10 kg seedling fertilizer (fertilizer applied at the row closure stage). ④ Weed early; the emergence rate is about 95%, deeply hoe once for weeds, and the second time shallowly hoe for weeds and earth up.
