II You 1313 Rice Variety Introduction

(1) Variety source: II You 1313 was developed by the Yibin Municipal Institute of Agricultural Sciences by crossing the self-bred restorer line YR1313 with the male sterile line II-132A.

(2) Characteristics: The variety is a medium-maturing late hybrid rice, with a whole growth period of 153 days, 3 days later than the control Shanyou 63. Plant height is 115 cm, plant and leaf morphology is good, seedling growth is vigorous, tillering ability is strong, leaf color is relatively light, glume tip is purple, and color conversion at later stages is good. Effective panicles per mu are 11-20 ten thousand, panicle length is 24 cm, grains per panicle are 140-180, 1000-grain weight is 28 g, ratooning ability is strong, node position is slightly high, and the harvest period of ratoon rice is similar to that of Shanyou 63. Rice blast resistance identification: leaf blast grade 3-6, neck blast grade 5-7. Grain quality testing. Brown rice rate 81.6%, milled rice rate 54%, chalkiness rate 24%, chalkiness degree 4.8%, gel consistency 50.4 mm, amylose 19.5%.
