(3) Yield performance: In the provincial regional trials from 1994-1995, the average yield per mu was 563.5 kg and 544.80 kg, increasing production by 1.69% and 1.182% compared with the control Shanyou 63. The two-year average yield per mu was 554.18 kg, an increase of 1.70% over the control. In the 1995 production test, the average yield per mu across five trial sites was 547.88 kg, an increase of 5.05% over the control.
