Average number of spikes per mu 384,000 spikes, grains per spike 34.1, 1000-grain weight 40.3 g. Relatively resistant to lodging, relatively good cold resistance. In the 20002-2003 cold resistance identification, freezing injury grade 3++, overwintering stems 98.2%, dead stem rate 1.8%; in the 2003-2004 cold resistance identification, freezing injury grade 3++, dead stem rate 38%, overwintering stems 62%.
