The whole growth period is 145 days, the plant height is 110-120 cm, the tillering ability is strong, and the panicle-setting rate is high, with an average of 124 grains per panicle, a seed-setting rate of 85%-91%, and a 1000-grain weight of 26-27 g. It is moderately resistant to rice blast, highly resistant to rice false smut, tolerant to saline-alkali conditions, and has moderate lodging resistance. According to the results of two years of regional trials and two years of production trials at 14 site-times from 1997-1999: the average yield is 478.3 kg/667 sq m.
