Medicinal Herb Cultivation 0 views
Goji leaves are rich in betaine, rutin, and various amino acids and trace elements. Goji leaf tea has health benefits such as nourishing the liver and improving eyesight, and softening blood vessels. Its processing method is as follows: 1. Leaf picking. Pick fresh goji leaves that are tender green in color, free of pests and diseases, and thick and plump. Wash off dust and other dirt from the leaf surfaces with clean water. After draining the water, spread them evenly in a ventilated and dry place for 3 to 4 hours. During the spreading and airing period, turn them 1 to 2 times until the leaves become limp. 2. Fixation. Place the wok used for fixation on a stove built at a 35-degree

Goji leaves are rich in betaine, rutin, and various amino acids and trace elements. Goji leaf tea has health benefits such as nourishing the liver and improving eyesight, and softening blood vessels. Its processing method is as follows:

2. Fixation. Place the wok used for fixation on a stove built at a 35-degree incline. When the wok temperature reaches 120°C, add 2 kg of fresh goji leaves and stir-fry continuously for 4 to 5 minutes, until the leaves are soft, form a ball when gripped, do not scatter when the hand is released, and the grassy smell disappears while a slight fresh fragrance appears; then remove from the wok.

3. Rolling. Spread the fixed leaves in batches on a wooden board, and while hot, alternately roll them into balls and push-roll them for 3 to 5 minutes. Be careful to apply even pressure and do not press too hard. Roll until the leaves form strips.

4. Drying. Put the leaf strips into a boiler at about 70°C and stir-fry quickly. Be careful to stir-fry them thoroughly and evenly. When the tea strips can be pinched into powder by hand and the moisture content is below 6%, remove from the boiler, spread out, and cool.

5. Packaging. Use a winnowing basket to remove fragments, scales, and other debris, then grade and package according to color, shape, and taste. After sealing, store in a dry place free of peculiar odors.
