Characteristics: The top leaves are green, and both stems and leaves above ground are green; the leaf tip is heart-shaped, the leaves are relatively large, the petiole is 21 cm long, there is much fine hair at the stem tip, and the stem is 7 mm thick; it is a medium-vine type, with the longest vine reaching 213 cm and 10 branches at the base; the tuber skin is purplish-red, the tuber flesh is white, and the tubers are spindle-shaped; the tubers have relatively good sprouting ability, produce a relatively large number of sprouts, and the sprouts are thick and strong; after planting, the plants recover quickly, branch and close the rows early, have strong field vigor, and the vines and leaves increase in weight quickly; the t/r value is relatively large, and the tubers expand quickly in the later stage; it can resist multiple diseases, namely stem nematode disease, root rot, black spot disease, and root-knot nematode disease; it has strong drought resistance and tolerance to poor soil, and is suitable for growing in mountainous areas, but has poor waterlogging tolerance; it stores well; the drying rate of the tubers is 25.9%, the starch content of the dried tubers is 63.39%, soluble sugar is 7.82%, crude protein is 4.78%, and crude fiber is 4.28%; the crude protein contents of the stems and leaves are 10.89% and 26.02% respectively. Distribution areas and utilization value: This variety is mainly distributed in Yantai of Shandong Province, Luoyang City of Henan Province, and Lulong of Hebei Province, and is suitable for planting in plots where various diseases occur simultaneously, with significant yield increases. In addition, this variety has high stem and leaf yields, 57.0% higher than Xu Shu 18, and the stems and leaves have relatively high protein content and increase in weight quickly, giving them value as feed.

Cultivation characteristics: It is suitable for planting in fields in hills and mountainous areas where one or more diseases occur simultaneously. For seedling raising, the high-temperature sprouting method should be used to promote early sprouting and produce more sprouts.
