Characteristics: The average whole growth period over two years of regional trials was 144 days, 5 days longer than the control Shanyou 63. The population is uniform, with fairly strong tillering ability, large panicles and many grains, and good color development in the late stage. The effective panicle number per mu is 163,000, plant height 122.3 cm, panicle length 25.7 cm, total grain number per panicle 195.2, seed setting rate 85.12%, and 1000-grain weight 27.1 g. Cultivation techniques: For mid-season rice cultivation, sow from early April to mid-to-late May, keep the seedling age within 35 days, and cultivate strong seedlings with many tillers.
