What are the precautions for oyster mushroom cultivation? Key points explained in one article
Oyster mushroom is a very common edible fungus that can be used for stir-frying, making soup, and various pairings. Its texture is very delicate and smooth, and most importantly, the nutritional content of oyster mushroom is also relatively high. Although there are many oyster mushrooms on the market now, this does not affect its sales at all. So to make more money in the future, we need to increase the yield and quality of oyster mushrooms. Therefore, today we will learn about the precautions for oyster mushroom cultivation together.

1. Mushroom yard
Oyster mushroom is an edible fungus that likes moisture and warmth, so when choosing a mushroom yard, we should pay attention to choosing a site with good heat preservation and moisture retention as the mushroom house. Second, the ventilation of the mushroom yard should be relatively good, and the air circulation in the mushroom house should be maintained frequently. This can reduce the production of bacteria and prevent them from affecting the growth and development of oyster mushrooms. Finally, the mushroom yard must be comprehensively and thoroughly disinfected and sterilized before oyster mushroom inoculation. This can avoid the harm of other fungi to the oyster mushroom spawn.
2. Ingredients
When preparing ingredients, we should pay attention to keeping the ingredients clean, hygienic, and pollution-free. At the same time, the ingredients must be stirred evenly, and we must wait until the ingredients are fully fermented before loading. Second, when loading, we cannot directly fill it up. We need to first load a layer of ingredients, then load a layer of spawn, and load in this way. Finally, and most importantly, after loading, high-temperature or high-pressure disinfection and sterilization should be carried out to ensure the sterility of the ingredients.
3. Temperature
Temperature is a very important factor affecting the fruiting of oyster mushrooms. If the temperature in the fruiting house is too high or too low, it will slow down the mushroom emergence speed of oyster mushrooms, and may even lead to the death of mycelium and failure of fruiting. The most suitable temperature for oyster mushroom growth is between 20 and 30 degrees. Generally, in the early stage, the temperature of the fruiting house is controlled at around 28 degrees, and in the later stage the temperature can be slowly lowered, preferably controlled at around 24 to 25. This can promote the speed of fruiting.
4. Humidity
Humidity is another important factor affecting the fruiting of oyster mushrooms. Because oyster mushroom is a fungus that likes moisture, it grows faster and better in a humid environment. Under normal circumstances, the humidity of the fruiting house is best at around 60 percent to 70 percent. When it is time for fruiting, we need to appropriately increase the humidity of the fruiting house, generally at around 75 percent, among which the humidity in the air should be greater than or equal to 85 percent. Only in this way can oyster mushrooms grow rapidly.
5. Disease prevention
In fact, there are no particular diseases in the growth of oyster mushrooms, but when the supervision of temperature, humidity, and ingredients in the fruiting house is not in place, other fungi will appear. In edible fungus cultivation, these are called weed fungi. So we need to remove these weed fungi. Although some of these weed fungi do not affect the growth of oyster mushrooms, there are also some individual weed fungi that are natural enemies of oyster mushrooms. Therefore, to ensure that no accidents occur in the growth of oyster mushrooms, first we need to strengthen management, and second we need to carry out scientific sterilization management.
