1. Ingredients formula. 7 kg barley flour, 3 kg tea powder, 100 g natural spices, 50 g beef bone powder.
2. Production method
(1) Cleaning and removing stones: It is best to first wash the barley, remove impurities, stones, sand grains, etc., and then air-dry or sun-dry it.
(2) Roasting: In factories, a roasting machine is used for roasting, while at home you can stir-fry over low heat in a clean pan until the surface is browned. During roasting, it must be even and the force appropriate, so that the moisture in the barley grains gradually evaporates evenly and the grains can be crushed.
(3) Grinding: The grinding referred to here includes the grinding of both barley grains and tea leaves. That is to say, a stone mortar or other methods should be used to gradually grind the barley grains and tea leaves into powder separately.
(4) Sieving: Use a coarse sieve to sift out the husks from the barley flour.
(5) Mixing: Mix the barley flour and tea powder in proportion. Note that the pesticide residues in barley and tea must be limited to the minimum permitted range.
(6) Blending: Generally, natural spices and beef bone powder are added to the mixed powder of barley and tea. The beef bones must be crushed with a hammer (factories use a hammer mill) and sieved into 300-500 mesh powder before they can be mixed and used.
(7) Sieving again: It is best to sieve once more with a fine sieve to ensure the quality when drinking. (8) Packaging: After sieving, package it, and it is then the finished product.
