How to sprout ginger? Please guide

Ginger can be sprouted using this method: above the kitchen, use four ropes to tie two wooden poles parallel to the roof purlins, keeping both poles on the same horizontal plane. The poles should be about 2.5 m long and about 2.2 m above the ground. Lay wooden boards side by side across the two poles. This creates a suspended rectangular hotbed.
Put the sun-dried seed ginger into plastic woven bags, about 30 kg per bag, tie the openings securely, and place them on the suspended hotbed to sprout. When placing the seed bags, arrange them in a single parallel layer, leaving some space between bags so that the bags are heated evenly on all sides.
