What should be noted before sowing peanut seeds? Please guide sowing by grading the seeds according to size, so that the sown seeds will germinate evenly and there will be no phenomenon of large seedlings suppressing small seedlings or large and small seedlings competing for fertilizer and water. What methods can increase peanut yield? Please guide.

The peanut is hailed as "plant meat", with an oil content of up to 50%, excellent quality and a fresh fragrance. Besides being used for food, it is also used in the printing and dyeing and papermaking industries, and the peanut is also a traditional Chinese medicine. The cultivation and management of peanuts is also relatively technically demanding. China Agricultural Technology Network now offers you methods to increase peanut yield.
    1. Foliar fertilizer spraying to prevent premature aging. Spraying foliar fertilizer on peanuts has many benefits: it is low in cost, quick in effect and easy to operate. To prevent premature aging, about one month before harvest, according to the plant's growth, spray 1%-2% urea solution plus 0.4% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, generally spraying 2 times at an interval of about 10 days.
    2. Spraying hormones to control excessive vegetative growth. In peanut fields with relatively high soil fertility and good water and fertilizer conditions, hormones can be scientifically sprayed for control under the guidance of agricultural technicians.
    3. Effective pesticide application to control pests
The main disease of peanuts is leaf spot, which occurs more and more severely in the rainy season. Generally, in the middle and late growth stages, spray with 40% carbendazim at 600 times and 50% mancozeb at 500 times, once every 7 days, spraying 2 times in succession.
The main pests of peanuts are aphids and white grubs. When aphids occur, organophosphorus or pyrethroid pesticides can be used for control. For white grubs, 500-700 times phoxim solution can be used to drench the roots, with better effect before rain.
