How to fertilize water bamboo? Master the key points of scientific fertilization
Water bamboo is grown in many places in our country, and generally water bamboo only appears on the market when it reaches maturity. 1. Base fertilizer
Base fertilizer is the foundation for the growth of water bamboo, so base fertilizer should be applied heavily. Generally, it is mainly organic fertilizer, supplemented with a small amount of chemical fertilizers such as urea, phosphate fertilizer, and potassium fertilizer. We broadcast 2000 jin of organic fertilizer per square meter. First, we need to evenly spread the prepared organic fertilizer in the field in advance, at least about 15 days in advance. Then, two days before planting, mix urea, potassium fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, and so on evenly, keep the amount within 100 jin, and broadcast it. Then channel water into the field, and then just wait to plant.
2. Tillering fertilizer
Actually, before the tillering fertilizer, a full-stand seedling fertilizer should also be applied once, but if the base fertilizer is relatively sufficient, it can be omitted. However, if the base fertilizer is insufficient, then before the tillering fertilizer we should broadcast an appropriate amount of urea to achieve the effect of full stand of seedlings, so that they will grow better when entering the tillering stage. Tillering fertilizer is a very critical step, because the amount of tillering determines the yield of water bamboo to a certain extent. We usually apply tillering fertilizer in multiple broadcast applications, so that the nutrients can play the greatest role. Generally, it is best to apply tillering fertilizer two to three times, each time splashing 30 jin of urea and 20 jin of ammonium bicarbonate or 1500 jin of manure and urine water. Next, the fertilizer amount needs to be appropriately increased or decreased according to the growth condition of the water bamboo.
3. Seedling-promoting fertilizer
Seedling-promoting fertilizer should be applied after the water bamboo has fully tillered. There is no need to say much about seedling-promoting fertilizer. It is mainly to promote the growth of water bamboo seedlings and to enter the pregnancy stage as early as possible, so it is mainly based on urea, and secondly, manure and urine water can be used instead. If manure and urine water is available, it is best to use manure and urine water, since it is an organic fertilizer, unlike chemical fertilizers that contain some other non-green components. On average, one mu needs about 1000 jin of manure and urine water or about 10 jin of urea.
4. Pregnancy fertilizer
Pregnancy fertilizer is a key link that determines the quality of water bamboo, so how well the pregnancy fertilizer is applied determines how much money you can earn. Pregnancy fertilizer is mainly to promote the thickness, plumpness, and tenderness of water bamboo, so we should increase the amount of fertilization, and at the same time apply fertilizer at the best time period, so that its quality can be guaranteed. Usually we apply fertilizer around mid-August. On average, each mu needs about 4000 jin of manure and urine water, 30 jin of potassium fertilizer, and 10 jin of phosphate fertilizer, so that the water bamboo can fully absorb and utilize the nutrients, thereby improving economic benefits.
