For indoor bag cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum, you can refer to the following Ganoderma lucidum cultivation technique:
Bag cultivation process flow

Culture material preparation → mixing the material → bagging → sterilization → inoculation with spawn after mother spawn production and stock spawn production → cultivation → fruiting body management → harvesting → processing and sale

For the cultivation season arrangement, the mushroom house preparation is the same as for bottle cultivation.

A small method to increase the yield of Ganoderma lucidum in bag cultivation:

After the first flush of Ganoderma has finished, carry out casing soil for fruiting, and then 2-3 more batches of Ganoderma can continue to be produced, increasing the yield by about 30% compared with conventional cultivation. The specific operations are as follows:

1. Remove the bag: take the fungus bags that have finished one batch of Ganoderma and remove the plastic film, and clear away the old flowered fungal skin on the surface; for contaminated ones, scrape off the contaminated parts.

2. Prepare the casing soil: choose relatively fertile garden soil; before use, sun-dry the soil for two days, break up the soil clods, spray with 1% dichlorvos or 5% formaldehyde, pile and seal for two days to kill insect eggs or contaminating fungi, add a small amount of urea, and adjust the moisture to about 65%.

3. Casing soil for fruiting: lay plastic film on the indoor floor, then arrange the fungus logs on the film with a certain spacing between the logs to prevent connected Ganoderma, and after the logs are arranged, cover with the treated soil particles; the casing soil is generally 3 cm thick. After the fungus resumes growth, water thoroughly once to ensure normal fruiting. The fruiting management is the same as the fruiting management described above.
