When planting cilantro in summer, pay attention to the following points for reference:
        1. Choose heat-tolerant varieties. For summer cultivation, choose varieties with good heat resistance and quality, such as Four-Season Fragrant Cilantro.

2. Take cooling measures. You can use a rain shelter plus shade net covering method for cultivation, or use intercropping or relay intercropping.

3. Carefully prepare the land. Plow and turn the soil, apply sufficient base fertilizer, and plant on deep furrows and high beds. Apply 2000 kg of decomposed organic fertilizer and 20-30 kg of ternary compound fertilizer per mu.

4. Soak seeds to promote germination. Soak the seeds in cool water for 12-15 hours, take them out and spread them indoors to air-dry, covering with a wet burlap sack to retain moisture. After 3-5 days, once the radicle emerges, they can be sown. The seeding rate is 1.5-2 kg per mu.

5. Strengthen field management. After emergence, thin the seedlings so that both row spacing and plant spacing are 4-5 cm. When the seedlings are about 2 cm tall, apply a light topdressing by watering with 0.03%-0.05% urea solution.

6. Harvest in time. From 25-30 days after sowing, when the seedlings are 6-10 cm tall, begin harvesting successively for market.
