Coriander early blight is a fungal disease that can occur at the seedling stage and the adult plant stage. When it occurs at the seedling stage, dark brown lesions appear on the base of the stem of the seedlings, slightly sunken, with concentric rings. When it occurs at the adult plant stage, it generally develops from the lower leaves upward.
In the early stage of coriander early blight, the leaves show water-soaked dark green lesions, which after expansion become round or irregular concentric-ring lesions, with a light green or yellow halo at the edges. The center has concentric rings, and in humid conditions a black mold layer grows on the diseased area. The main symptom is that the diseased area has (concentric) rings.
The optimum growth temperature for the coriander early blight pathogen is 26-28°C, and the disease is severe under high temperature and high humidity.
Control methods for coriander early blight:
Preventive application: when the disease is expected to occur, spray with Aolike - Shuangbeier at 500 times dilution, or use Shuangbeier 30ml + Jinbei 40ml mixed with 15 kg of water, once every 7-10 days.
Therapeutic application:
1. In the early stage of the disease, promptly remove diseased leaves, diseased fruits and severely diseased branches, then according to the situation of concurrent diseases of the crop at that stage, use Shuangbeier 50ml + Jinbei 40ml or Shuangbeier 50ml + Meizhi 30ml or Shuangbeier 50ml + Qingku Liker 30ml, mixed with 15 kg of water, apply once every 5-7 days, for 2-3 consecutive applications.
2. When the disease is relatively severe, remove the central diseased plants, diseased leaves, etc., and promptly adopt an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine control method,
For example: Shuangbeier 50ml + cyazofamid 25g or propamocarb hydrochloride 20g, apply once every 3 days, for 2-3 consecutive applications, which can effectively treat the disease.
