Ginseng gray mold symptoms: It damages ginseng leaves; the lesions on the leaves are limited by the leaf veins and appear polygonal or irregular. They are light brown, and on the underside of the lesions there is a sparse, thin, grayish-white or pale yellow mold layer, namely the pathogen's sporangiophores and sporangia. In the later stage, the lesion tissue necroses, breaks apart easily and falls off, and the leaves become perforated.
Ginseng gray mold control measures: 1. Adjust the microclimate to prevent excessive air humidity around the ginseng. 2. Strengthen field management: choose well-drained plots for planting ginseng, adjust light reasonably, promptly repair leaky ginseng sheds, and during continuous rainy seasons, apply fungicides in time for control. 3. Chemical control: use 80% pyrimethanil at 1500 times dilution, or 50% cyprodinil at 1000 times dilution for the best effect.
