How is ginseng damping-off disease prevented and controlled? Please explain

Ginseng damping-off disease occurs at the base of the stems of seedlings, mostly underground at the transition zone between dry and moist soil 3-5 cm below the surface.
    Control methods:
    1. Disinfection of "transplanting stock": use 25% fludioxonil suspension seed coating at 5-20 times dilution to mix with seeds, or 50-100 times dilution to dip the "transplanting stock" to kill the pathogens carried by the seeds.
    2. Soil disinfection: use 95% hymexazol technical powder at 1 g/sq m + carbendazim at 8 g/sq m; or treat the soil with 30% metalaxyl-hymexazol aqueous solution at 1-2 g/sq m; or use 10 g of 50% carbendazim wettable powder per mu, mixed evenly with the soil of the sowing layer; the control effect is very good.
    3. Seedbed surface disinfection: before the ginseng seedlings emerge, spray the seedbed surface with 95% hymexazol technical powder at 1000 times dilution, 25% metalaxyl-propamocarb wettable powder at 500 times dilution, or 30% metalaxyl-hymexazol aqueous solution at 2500 times dilution. You can also spray the bed surface with 50% dexon at 1000-1500 times dilution; after spraying, rinse the seedlings with clean water 1-2 times to avoid phytotoxicity.
    4. Treatment of diseased areas: when diseased plants and diseased leaves are found, remove them from the field and bury them deeply. For diseased areas, alternately spray with 95% hymexazol technical powder at 3000 times dilution mixed with 72% agricultural streptomycin soluble powder at 1000 times dilution, or 25% metalaxyl-propamocarb wettable powder at 500 times dilution, or 30% metalaxyl-hymexazol aqueous solution at 2500 times dilution. Apply 2-3 times consecutively, with an interval of 5-7 days. Spray 3 kg of the above solutions per sq m.
