Method for Propagating Monstera deliciosa by Cutting the Top to Force Buds
Choose a larger Monstera deliciosa that is more than 3 years old, with stem nodes and 10 layers of leaves. Cut off the tender top together with one leaf; the tender top can also be used for cuttings. If it is in its vigorous growth period, it will quickly sprout new tops from the buds in the top two leaf axils of the stem, and generally at least two new buds can emerge each time. At this point, the aerial roots of the new buds will also grow at the same time. When the new buds grow to more than 3 leaves, the long aerial roots will naturally penetrate into the potting soil, and then fibrous roots capable of absorbing nutrients will grow. The two new seedlings are thus naturally formed, except that they are still connected to the mother plant.

Forced Molting Technique for Ducks Can Shorten the Pause in Laying
After laying a certain number of eggs, laying ducks stop laying and go into molt. Under natural conditions, it takes 2-3 months from molting to resuming egg production. However, when you notice that a laying duck has stopped laying and is pecking back and forth at its own feathers, give the non-laying duck a forced molt: first pluck out the older, coarser long and short feathers from both the front and back of its two wings, then keep it in a confined pen, strengthen feeding management, and feed it high-quality feed. After about 1-5 days, the non-laying duck will begin to lay eggs again.
