Casualties in special forces training happen frequently. Are death quotas real?

A foreign agent once described our special forces this way: they are true devils; in the rainforest we lost 90% of our soldiers and never even saw their shadows! Even foreigners admit that China's special forces are extremely fierce. Such fearsome combat power is not surprising at all; strength is built up bit by bit through daily training. People may wonder: during daily training and exercises, will soldiers have accidents? If serious casualties occur, what then? In fact, every country's special forces have training "casualty quotas," and our country is no exception.
In fact, it is not only special forces. Ground force A-class units and airborne troops conduct live-fire exercises and parachute training every year, so death accidents within the normal casualty quota are not counted as accidents. What is more, special forces training is even more different from that of conventional units. If casualties occur during training, as long as they do not exceed the upper limit set by the higher-level unit, it is fine. In fact, the casualty quota is the deaths and number of deaths that occur within the regulations.
As early as 2012, the General Political Department issued military training instructions and requirements, emphasizing strict military training based on actual combat needs. Actual combat training means using real guns and real ammunition, just like going to the battlefield. Its purpose is also to let soldiers experience the cruelty and ruthlessness of the battlefield, so that they train more seriously and diligently and improve individual combat and coordinated combat capabilities.
It is understood that many countries have the concept of "casualty quotas" in military training. But for our country's hot-blooded men, serving as soldiers is a youth without regret. Many people had a dream of being a soldier when they were young. Being able to join the army and serve the motherland is a supremely glorious thing. As a soldier, when facing danger, one can only face it bravely and be even more heroic than the enemy!
