Dendrobium is the collective name for plants in the genus Dendrobium of the orchid family (Orchidaceae). There are many species, and the common ones include Dendrobium officinale, Dendrobium huoshanense, Dendrobium nobile, Dendrobium parishii, and Dendrobium chrysotoxum. As for which Dendrobium is best, there is actually no absolute answer; it mainly depends on the purpose, as some are suited to medicinal and health uses, while others are better for ornamental cultivation.
