How to top-dress greenhouse grapes? Top-dressing tips for greenhouse grapes

Grapes are a very popular fruit in China, and grapevines have strong growth ability, able to grow normally on most soils. There are now many grape growing models, but generally greenhouse cultivation is the main one. When growing greenhouse grapes, you must pay attention to doing a good job of top-dressing. So how should top-dressing be done? Below, the editor brings you top-dressing tips for greenhouse grapes. Let's take a look!

1. Root top-dressing

The first thing to do well is certainly root top-dressing. When the grape plants first sprout, pay attention to applying an appropriate amount of ternary compound fertilizer, keeping the dosage at about 50kg per mu. Then carry out the second top-dressing after the fruit expansion period, generally after the flowers fall. Then carry out the last top-dressing before the fruit is harvested. The top-dressing method is generally mainly trench application. First dig fertilizing trenches about 35cm on both sides of the planting site, 18cm deep and about 20cm wide, then scatter the fertilizer into the trenches, cover with soil, and water appropriately.

2. Foliar top-dressing

Foliar top-dressing is not only suitable for open-field cultivation models; for greenhouse grapes, carrying out foliar top-dressing in the greenhouse can also produce very good results. The time for foliar top-dressing is generally about one week before flowering. One week before flowering, we should spray foliar fertilizer about 3 times. The main fertilizers are urea, amino acid compound fertilizer, and Jinbilai and other fertilizers. Then after the flowers fade, wait about half a month and spray foliar fertilizer about 3 more times, to provide sufficient nutrition for grape growth and enhance the growth ability of grape leaves.

3. Carbon dioxide application

Now when growing grapes, the method of carbon dioxide fertilization is also used. Carbon dioxide fertilization means increasing the application amount of organic fertilizer in the soil, then covering the ground with rice straw, improving the soil, and increasing the soil permeability, so as to achieve the purpose of raising the carbon dioxide concentration. Then carbon dioxide indoors can also be supplemented through ventilation until it is close to the carbon dioxide content in the atmosphere. Every day from 10 o'clock to 14 o'clock is the best ventilation time. Control the ventilation time according to the temperature. If the temperature reaches 25°C, then start air exchange, and close the ventilation opening when it drops to 22°C.

In addition, we can also supplement carbon dioxide by applying solid carbon dioxide fertilizer. The above is a brief introduction to top-dressing tips for greenhouse grapes. The top-dressing work for greenhouse grapes is very important and directly affects the yield and quality of grapes, so everyone must pay more attention. That's all for today's introduction.
