I. Orchard Establishment Technical Service Schedule

September: Centering on soil improvement and fertility building, carry out planning and layout, trench-style soil improvement and fertility building, and training on irrigation and ridging; October: Supervise and guide large-scale soil improvement and fertility building work to ensure high-quality completion of the soil improvement task; November: Centering on seedling planting, carry out technical training on pollinator tree arrangement, seedling planting, and watering-in after planting; December: Inspect the implementation of orchard establishment technical measures and point out existing problems.

II. Post-Establishment Technical Service Schedule

January: Winter pruning and shaping technical training; February: Inspect the implementation of winter pruning and shaping techniques, and carry out training on deep plowing of the whole orchard and orchard cleaning; March: Technical training on applying spring fertilizer, irrigation, branch bending and shaping, spraying pre-bloom insecticides and fungicides, flower thinning, manual pollen collection, manual pollination, and spraying post-bloom pesticides; April: Technical training on fruit thinning, bagging, and field pesticide spraying; May: Training on applying fruit swelling fertilizer, summer shaping, prevention of pear scab, and foliar feeding; June to mid-July: Technical training on foliar feeding and integrated pest and disease management; August: Training on fruit harvesting, fruit grading and packaging, prevention of pear black spot, and post-harvest topdressing; September: Technical training on protecting leaves and preventing autumn flowering; October: Technical training on autumn application of base fertilizer; November: Technical training on foliar feeding and correction of nutrient deficiency symptoms; December: Summary of the implementation of pollution-free Golden Pear production technology throughout the year and arrangements for the coming year.
