It can be stored for more than 5 months in an ordinary fruit cellar, and the flavor is even better after storage; the tree is vigorous and grows strongly, with a high sprouting rate and medium branching ability; in the early fruiting stage, long, medium, and short branches bear fruit together, while in the full fruiting stage, short fruit branches are the main bearers; the self-pollination fruit-setting rate is relatively low, and Pingboxiang, Jilin Large Pear, and others are good pollinizers; it flowers and bears fruit 3-4 years after planting, reaches high yield in 5-6 years, with a yield of 1500 kg per mu. It has strong cold resistance and strong resistance to black spot disease, and is an excellent late-maturing, storage-tolerant, red-skinned pear variety.
