Peach fruit bagging technology can effectively prevent disease and pest damage, reduce the rate of diseased and pest-damaged fruit, lower pesticide residue levels and harmful dust pollution; raise the fruit grade and marketable rate, make the fruit surface smooth and attractive, and at the same time increase the commercial added value of the fruit. The fruit bags used previously were basically all made by hand from waste newspaper. It was very difficult to unify bag specification standards, and production efficiency was low. Light transmission and air permeability were poor, hindering fruit photosynthesis. They feared water and wind, and would rot easily when soaked by wind and rain. They feared drought and heat; when temperatures were high, poor air permeability caused high temperatures to build up inside the bag and scorch the fruit. The most fatal problem was lead contamination of the fruit from newspaper bags. Thus newspaper bags had more drawbacks than benefits.
In recent years, peach growers have mixed film-free bagging agents A, B and C into a mother liquid, and after dilution sprayed it on the fruit surface to quickly form a layer of polymer ultra-thin soft film. It is a substitute for plastic film bagging. Green and environmentally friendly, it saves labor and time in operation, has low investment, forms a film quickly, and does not affect light exposure or coloring; moreover, after use the fruit surface is smooth, the color is bright, the taste is pure, and the fresh-keeping period is long. Its overall performance is better than plastic film bags. Rinse with clean water before eating, and the film-forming substance can automatically separate from the fruit body. After harvest, the leaves on the tree remain emerald green, which helps restore vitality and return the tree vigor. It also has the functions of reflecting light to prevent sunscald, keeping warm to prevent cold, retaining moisture to resist drought, keeping fruit fresh, suffocating-style sterilization and disinfection, preventing cracked jujube, inhibiting high-temperature pesticide volatilization, preventing rain from hydrolyzing pesticides, and remedying disaster-damaged fruit.
