How to control sugarcane pests? New pest control methods are here
1. Reasonably select the plot and good varieties of sugarcane and melon. That is, choose deep soil with good drainage and fertile land for intercropping. For sugarcane, choose varieties that are medium-maturing, high-yielding, high-sugar, and have a high rate of stalk formation; for watermelon, choose varieties that are early-maturing, of good quality, and have a high fruit-setting rate on the first female flowers. 2. Raise seedlings and transplant at the right time. Sugarcane is suitable in early March...
1. Mainly use the highly effective, low-toxicity, low-residue and low-cost 18% Chongshashou (Chongsha'an), supplemented with broad-spectrum, low-toxicity, long-acting biological pesticide insecticides abamectin and Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). Use 300-400 ml of 18% Chongshashou per mu, add 50 g of Awei·Su, add 45-60 kg of water and spray; or use 300-400 ml of 18% Chongshashou per mu, add 30-40 ml of 1.8% abamectin, dilute with 45-60 kg of water and spray; use 300-400 ml of 18% Chongshashou per mu, add 30-40 g of Shimei 0.5% emamectin benzoate, dilute with 45-60 kg of water and spray. 2. Use rationally proportioned mixed pesticide formulations. Use 75-100 g of 55% Teshaming per mu, dilute with 45-60 kg of water and spray; or use 120-160 ml of 30% Awei·Sha (30% A·Sha) per mu, dilute with 45-60 kg of water and spray.
3. Farmer friends who prefer fast-acting and long-acting insecticides can choose Jingong 4% emamectin benzoate·beta-cypermethrin at 1000-1500 times dilution for spraying, or Xunchi 4.2% emamectin benzoate·beta-cypermethrin at 1200-1500 times dilution for spraying.
