After harvesting, Feizixiao lychee can be fertilized by referring to the following methods:
(1) The fertilization timing for cultivating 3 rounds of autumn shoots after harvest in Feizixiao lychee is: the first fertilizer application should be heavy after fruit harvest, mainly organic fertilizer, combined with quick-acting chemical fertilizer; the second fertilizer should be mainly nitrogen fertilizer, applied lightly as appropriate, applied when the first shoot has just matured, and may be omitted if the tree is vigorous; if the first shoot matures early, this fertilization time can be delayed. The third fertilizer should combine nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, and compound fertilizer can be used. Apply it when the second shoot has just matured; if the second autumn shoot is too weak, spray a foliar fertilizer as well. The second and third fertilizer applications are supplemental according to tree vigor, with light application as the standard.

3. Fertilization amount
The post-harvest fertilizer accounts for about 2/3 of the annual fertilization amount. Calculated on the basis of 50 kg of fruit borne, apply per tree 30-40 jin of high-quality chicken manure or 4-5 jin of peanut bran, 3-4 jin of compound fertilizer, 1-2 jin of urea or 3-4 jin of ammonium bicarbonate, and 30-50 g of borax. If symptoms of magnesium deficiency and zinc deficiency are present, supplement accordingly, and 100-200 g of magnesium sulfate and 30-50 g of zinc sulfate can be applied. 4. Fertilization method
Open three ring-shaped trenches below the drip line of the canopy, 30-40 cm deep, and combine with green manuring; place weeds and green manure at the bottom layer, organic fertilizer in the middle layer, and chemical fertilizer in the upper layer, then cover with soil after fertilization. For old trees and large trees, radial fertilization can be used.
