Bananas that bolt late can be managed by referring to the following methods:
1. Apply overwintering insulation fertilizer in time. After bananas bolt, overwintering insulation fertilizer should be applied in time, mainly high-quality organic fertilizer and efficient phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, applying 10-15 kg of decomposed human, livestock and poultry manure and 0.5-0.75 kg of potassium dihydrogen phosphate per plant, in a ring-shaped trench 15-20 cm deep and 15-20 cm wide dug 50-60 cm away from the plant.

2. Spray foliar fertilizer. After the banana bunch is de-budded, spray a foliar fertilizer once every 7-10 days, using a mixed liquid of 800 times fruit-tree-specific Gaomeishi liquid fertilizer and 2500 times Yiwei yield-increasing bacteria, or a mixed liquid of 500 times plant vitality essence and 500 times Lvfeng 95, spraying 3-5 times in succession to promote banana fruit enlargement.

3. Earth up and cover. In winter, apply composted and decomposed garbage fertilizer, burned soil, pond mud or other miscellaneous soil fertilizers around the plants, applying 80-100 kg per plant, then cover the tree disk with rice straw or other weeds, with a grass thickness of 8-10 cm, to thicken the topsoil layer, cover exposed roots, and protect the root system.

4. Wrap the banana fruit. When the temperature is relatively low, wrap the banana fruit with a plastic film bag 80-100 cm long and 40-50 cm wide, tie the upper part tightly with rope, and leave a ventilation opening at the lower part to prevent cold wind, cold rain and frost from directly damaging the banana fruit.
