Huichang producing area
Huichang is a late-developing county in the navel orange industry. In 2011, the county's navel orange area reached 206,000 mu, with an output of 130,000 tons. Three ten-thousand-mu navel orange bases were established at Zhulan Yanhu, Junmenling Shangzeng and along National Highway 323 in Xiaomi Township, along with 52 contiguous bases of more than one thousand mu each, 35,000 fruit-growing households, and 6 townships (towns) with a navel orange area of more than 20,000 mu, among which Junmenling Town has 40,000 mu of navel oranges and mandarin oranges. Huichang County has a large area of newly planted navel oranges, which have successively entered the full fruiting stage year by year, and navel orange output is growing at a rate of 30%-50% each year.
Anyuan producing area

Xinfeng producing area
Xinfeng County began planting navel oranges in 1971. It has formed the Xinfeng County production and management model of "high-standard orchard establishment, diversified development, large-scale planting, estate-style management and systematic services", and was designated by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision as the country's only navel orange standardization demonstration area. Xinfeng has built a hundred-li navel orange belt centered on National Highway 105 and the Beijing-Kowloon line, formed five major ten-thousand-mu fruit industry bases at Anxi, Da'e, Xiniu, Tongyi and Datangbu, and established county and township fruit growers' associations. The county has a total fruit industry area of 220,000 mu and an output of 60,000 tons, of which navel oranges account for 150,000 mu and 30,000 tons. The Xinfeng County Party Committee and County Government regard navel oranges as the leader of agricultural industrialization construction, aiming to achieve 1 mu of fruit per person by 2010.
