On February 2, the reporter learned from the Taiyuan Municipal Government that the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Basic Pension Insurance for Land-Expropriated Farmers in Taiyuan City (Trial)" has been approved by the municipal government and issued. From now on, Taiyuan City will follow the principles of pre-expropriation, priority to protection, expenditure based on revenue, and gradual improvement, and will implement basic pension insurance for land-expropriated farmers on the basis of insurance upon expropriation and protection before expropriation.
