E-commerce is deep water with many risks; enter with caution
This Monday, I heard from a friend that a certain water-soluble fertilizer factory wants to build an e-commerce platform. Beyond my surprise, I also started pondering: why would such a small fertilizer enterprise also want to build an agricultural materials e-commerce platform? Could it be that this boss made the decision on a whim? Of course, I am not

A bumper summer grain harvest is expected again this year, as the busy "three summers" season is in full swing
At present, we have entered the busy "three summers" season. How are the summer grain prospects? This year's summer grain area has increased slightly and steadily, reaching 415 million mu, an increase of more than 1 million mu over last year. Yield per unit area is expected to rise. Based on field surveys and analysis by experts, the three factors making up wheat yield are: the number of ears per mu has increased, the number of grains per ear is flat to slightly up, and the 1000-grain weight is expected to decline slightly, so an increase in yield per unit area is expected to be achieved. The high-yield trend is obvious in the main producing provinces. Main producing provinces report that wheat stands are adequate and individual plants are robust, and in particular dryland wheat is growing better than in previous years. In addition, several rounds of widespread rainfall occurred in the northern winter wheat region in April, which helped form large ears with many grains.

Whose cheese does collective land entering the market really cut?
Collective land entering the market is not a new thing. Since the reform and opening up, the rise of township and village enterprises relied on land that was all collective land, in line with the 1988 "Land Administration Law" provision that "establishing township and village enterprises is permitted to use collectively owned land." But this law also clearly stipulated that "the right to use state-owned and collectively owned land may be transferred according to law. The specific measures for the transfer of land use rights shall be separately prescribed by the State Council." Two years later, the State Council promulgated the "Interim Regulations on the Granting and Transfer of State-owned Land Use Rights in Cities and Towns," but to this day it has not promulgated regulations on the transfer of collective land use rights. To be realistic, the existing legal system has basically blocked the routes and channels for "collective land entering the market." But according to Liu Shouying's research, in some developed coastal cities such as Nanhai District in Foshan, Guangdong, from the early 1990s the scope of collective land entering the market was not limited to "establishing township and village enterprises"; it was more used to build factory buildings for foreign-funded, joint-venture and private enterprises.

The internet-plus-agriculture boom is surging, and traditional enterprises are turning around to embrace the internet
Last Friday, the Ministry of Commerce published the "Internet Plus Circulation Action Plan". As the first industry plan for Internet Plus, the problems of the "last kilometer" and the "last hundred meters" of rural e-commerce once again triggered heated discussion. A few days ago, the Ministry of Agriculture proposed launching a pilot program to bring information into villages and households, and each administrative village will have at least 1 village-level information service station. The "internet-plus-agriculture" boom is surging and unstoppable.
