Discovered by accident by Wang Mingfu, an orchid enthusiast from Xinchang, among small dragon-root seedlings he collected in 2006 from Zhoushan. It bloomed again for the first time in 2009 and was sent to the Xinchang County Spring Orchid Exhibition, where it delightfully won a gold award. That year, seeing this flower at the exhibition site, I was exceptionally astonished. The surrounding orchid enthusiasts all clicked their tongues in wonder, marveling that in this vast world, anything can happen!
