Introduction and Appreciation Highlights of the Sanjiang Diechun Cymbidium Variety
Petal type: lotus-form butterfly flower. History: Discovered in February 2002 in Siming Mountain, Shengzhou; at the time there were six plants in total, with fragrant flowers. It rebloomed in spring 2004. Discovered and named by Teacher Shi Chaojun of Shengzhou, cultivated by Xiaoxiao Orchid Garden. Characteristics: the three outer petals are lotus-form, and one-half of the side petals is lipified. A standard butterfly flower, with vivid colors.
