Zhushi Judie was discovered in Shanghai in April 2002. It is a red-to-green cymbidium with emerald green leaves that are slanted and upright, about 1 cm wide and about 35-40 cm long. The leaf texture is fine and smooth. It is a multi-petal extraordinary butterfly, an unusual flower that opens in peony, qilin, and jade-tree forms. Every flower displays butterfly petals in multiple forms, with vivid colors and flowers within flowers, and the overall composition is excellent. The flower stalk reaches about 60 cm tall, and the blooms rise well above the leaves. After the 9 flowers open fully, they resemble chrysanthemums drifting among white clouds, displaying a soaring momentum. Another special feature of this flower is that it has the elegant, delicate fragrance of Zhejiang spring orchids, refreshing the heart and delighting the senses, which is truly rare among cymbidiums. (A single flower reaches about 7 cm in diameter)
