Zespri New Zealand kiwifruit new variety Sungold, Sungold kiwifruit characteristics and nutritional value

Zespri, I'm sure everyone is familiar with it. To be honest, if I happen to pass by the market, one of the fruits I buy is Zespri kiwifruit, and I won't buy anything but Zespri. Others leave a scratchy feeling on the tongue when eaten.

 

Following the Golden Kiwifruit, Zespri has now launched a new variety, New Zealand kiwifruit Sungold. Not only does it have higher nutrient density, but it is also low in calories and low GI. It is simply a great blessing for those who eat out for all three meals. Spending just a little time a day can wonderfully satisfy the need for after-meal fruit, and it is also highly nutritious.
