Correctly choose pesticides to produce safe edible mushrooms

Edible mushrooms are themselves fungal species with a short growth cycle. If chemical pesticides are used to control diseases and pests, they can easily cause phytotoxicity and are prone to leaving pesticide residues, reducing the safety of edible mushroom products. Therefore, the use of chemical pesticides is generally not advocated in edible mushroom production.

If pests occur, pesticides that meet the "safety standards" stipulated by the state must be selected, and the use of highly toxic pesticides with high residual efficacy must be prohibited. The concentration, dosage, frequency, and pre-harvest interval of the pesticide must be within the range of safety indicators, and pesticide use is strictly prohibited when mushrooms are on the bed.
