What causes miscellaneous bacteria contamination in edible fungi?
1. Poor sanitary conditions at the production site, with contamination sources not promptly and properly handled, resulting in large amounts of miscellaneous bacteria, whose spores spread through media such as wind, water, insects and rodents.
2. Incomplete sterilization: high-pressure (atmospheric pressure) sterilization equipment failing to meet requirements; the specified sterilization temperature or time not being reached; too much or too tightly packed material affecting the sterilization effect.
3. Improper inoculation operations: inadequate disinfection of the inoculation room (box); contaminated inoculation tools; unskilled operators.
4. Damaged packaging: the spawn bottle (or bag) has breaks or pinholes, the seal is not tight, and sealing materials such as cotton plugs have become damp.
(3) Control methods
Targeting the causes of contamination
1. Do a good job of environmental sanitation and establish a routine environmental disinfection system.
2. Select fresh, unmoldy raw materials. Pre-stack and ferment the raw materials. Mix the material with Zhenlin brand biological agent wood ear death-regeneration deworming agent.
3. Overhaul the sterilization equipment. Strictly carry out sterilization and inoculation operations as required.
4. Properly manage environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and ventilation during the mycelium culture stage, to avoid high temperature, high humidity and poor ventilation leading to the occurrence and spread of miscellaneous bacteria/
5. Inspect frequently, detect early and promptly remove contaminated bottles (bags). Properly handle contaminated waste material, reduce contamination, take corresponding measures, and adhere to the principle of prevention first.
