Fertilization Management and Disease Identification Methods for Winter Edible Fungi
(1) Crush poultry manure, add 1.5 times its volume of water, ferment for 10 days, boil for 10 minutes, then dilute with 3 times the amount of water and spray.
(2) Boil 10%-30% human or livestock urine or 1% glucose to sterilize, filter, and pour onto the bed surface.
(3) Spray with 1% superphosphate, 0.5% urea, 0.2% ammonium sulfate, or spent mushroom substrate leachate.
(4) Chop carrots and cabbage leaves, boil in water until soft, filter, then dilute with 4-5 times the amount of water and spray.
(5) Take 500 g of bean flour, add 25-40 kg of water, boil, cool to room temperature, filter, and spray.
(6) Put wheat bran in a cloth bag, add 10 kg of water per 1 kg of wheat bran, boil for 15 minutes, then squeeze it in 20 kg of clean water, and mix the boiled water with the clean water before spraying (edible fungi substrate).
