Greenhouse celeryis a fast-growing leafy vegetable with strong adaptability, widely grown in our country, and both its yield and market demand are relatively large. Below we introduce how to manage autumn-crop greenhouse celery:

1. Cultivation time: Greenhouse celery is generally sown at the end of August, usually directly sown after the summer tomato harvest. Apply 30 kg of fully decomposed high-quality farmyard manure and 0.5 jin of diammonium phosphate per bed. After sowing, remember to do a good job of shading and water control, generally watering once every seven days to ensure emergence. When the seedlings have two to three leaves, thinning is needed, mainly to increase the population so as to achieve a higher yield per mu, requiring rational close planting.

2. Base fertilizer: Sufficient base fertilizer improves soil properties, enables celery to achieve high yield, increases celery yield and enhances quality.

3. Management of light and temperature: Celery is a cold-tolerant vegetable. Under low temperature and long daylight, the management of temperature and light is very important. The daytime temperature should be controlled at 15 to 25 degrees, and at night 10 to 15 degrees, and the covering material should be kept clean to increase light transmission, which helps raise the temperature and promote celery growth.

The specific management measures still need to be carried out scientifically and reasonably according to the local climate environment and soil conditions.
