This vegetable is worth growing; it can be eaten after just 10 days of growth, and the growing method is simple and easy to learn
Pea shoots are a very nutritious vegetable. This small-leaf vegetable that can grow to maturity in less than 14 days has a nutritional value even higher than that of more mature bean sprouts. Let me share its growing method with everyone.
First, put the pea seeds in a plastic basin and soak them in clean water for 6 to 8 hours.

After the pea seeds have been soaked, rinse the peas several times with clean water. After rinsing, the peas need to be placed in a seedling tray. What to note here is that the seedling tray must be lined with oil-retaining moisture paper. When arranging the peas, they should be laid flat and spread evenly.
The arranged peas should be placed in a ventilated spot, and note that they must be kept in a shaded place. The peas need to be sprayed with clean water every day, generally 2 to 3 times. The peas also sprout quickly, generally sprouting within 1 to 2 days.

After 3 to 4 days, the pea shoots will have grown a bit taller. At this point we need to place the pea shoots in a well-ventilated spot, while also making sure the pea shoots get light exposure. After exposure to sunlight, the pea shoots will gradually change from golden yellow to green.
The pea shoots must be sprayed with clean water 2 to 3 times every day; this is essential each day, otherwise the pea shoots will wither. After 7 to 10 days, fresh pea shoots can be harvested.

When harvesting the pea shoots, be sure not to pull them up by the roots; leave a portion of 2 to 3 cm of roots. After that, you can spray these roots with clean water 2 to 3 times a day, and after waiting 3 to 5 days, fresh pea shoots can be harvested again. Generally, this method can be used to harvest 2 to 3 times.
During the growing process, keep checking constantly and pick out those that failed to sprout, those without green leaves, and any that are rotten or blackened, to prevent them from affecting the development of the other seeds.
