Do vegetables grown with chemical fertilizers and pesticides count as green vegetables? Are they harmful to human health?
First of all, crops and vegetables that are absolutely "pollution-free and hazard-free" do not exist; the so-called safe, green and hazard-free labels are relative terms, and simply limit pollution (the three industrial wastes), residue levels and so on within different standards; levels within those standards are safe for the human body and cause no harm.

Since chemical fertilizers, pesticides and plant growth regulators came into use in agriculture, they have not only increased yields, bringing higher income and efficiency, but also greatly enriched people's choices of products. If growers single-mindedly pursue efficiency and profit and use chemical preparations without restraint or moderation, then undoubtedly this not only destroys the ecological balance of nature, but is also very likely to create the problem of "contaminating" crops.
