Korean small-seed yellow soybean is a soybean variety introduced from Nehe City, Heilongjiang Province, China, specifically for sprout production. Characteristics: this variety has dark green young leaves, strong growth vigor, and good field uniformity; the plant is erect and relatively compact; the leaves are lanceolate, with leaf length of 12-17.50 cm and petiole length of 8-12 cm; plant height is 56-83.70 cm, the first pod is set at a height of 7 cm, the number of pods per plant is 25.70-66.50, and the number of seeds per pod is 2.70; the flowers are purple, the pods are straw-yellow, the hilum is light brown, and the seeds are yellow and nearly

Korean small-seed yellow soybean is a soybean variety introduced from Nehe City, Heilongjiang Province, China, specifically for sprout production.

Characteristics: this variety has dark green young leaves, strong growth vigor, and good field uniformity; the plant is erect and relatively compact; the leaves are lanceolate, with leaf length of 12-17.50 cm and petiole length of 8-12 cm; plant height is 56-83.70 cm, the first pod is set at a height of 7 cm, the number of pods per plant is 25.70-66.50, and the number of seeds per pod is 2.70; the flowers are purple, the pods are straw-yellow, the hilum is light brown, and the seeds are yellow and nearly round. They are glossy, with a 100-seed weight of 8.60-10.10 g. The sprout yield coefficient of Korean small-seed yellow soybean is 7.10-8.10 times, and the sprouts are crisp and tender, bright in color, and good in marketability. According to test results from the Agricultural Testing Center of the Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences: when the moisture content of this variety is 7.93%, each kilogram contains 175 crude fat, 598.80 g crude protein, 29.90 g lysine, and 63.30 g ash. When the moisture content of Korean small-seed yellow bean sprouts is 88.40%, each kilogram contains 175 mg vitamin C, 60.40 g crude protein, and 1.68 mg nitrite. According to field identification results from the Institute of Plant Protection of the Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences: this variety is moderately resistant to soybean bacterial leaf spot, and its resistance is comparable to that of the control variety "Taikong 2 Soybean."

Early maturity: the whole growth period is 102 days, and the required accumulated temperature is 1936-2003°C.

Yield performance: results from multi-site trials for 3 consecutive years showed that the highest yield in sole cropping reached 270 per mu, and when intercropped or relay intercropped with corn, garlic, and winter rapeseed, the yield per mu ranged from 107-194 kg.
