It is a medium-late maturing summer soybean variety, with a growth period of 103 days, determinate podding habit, upright and compact plant shape, plant height 75 cm, round leaves, white flowers, brown pubescence, round seeds, yellow seed coat, brown hilum, no purple or brown seed coat mottling, 100-seed weight 18.1 g, and seed protein and fat contents of 44.08% and 18.36% respectively. It is moderately resistant to soybean cyst nematode, and resistant to mosaic virus disease and downy mildew. Semi-deciduous, non-shattering pods, highly resistant to lodging, with strong adaptability to climate and environment. In March 1999, it passed the Shandong Provincial Crop Variety Approval
