Detailed Explanation of the Two-Ridge-One-Furrow Soybean Cultivation Method

Growing Techniques 0 views
The two-ridge-one-furrow cultivation method is based on 70cm ridge planting, with an additional seedling row added in the furrow every other ridge, a large row spacing of 140cm and a small row spacing of 35cm, sparse inside and dense outside within the furrow and platform, and hole sowing cultivation. Reasons for increased yield: (1) Increased green area and improved canopy structure. (2) Improved ventilation and light penetration conditions. (3) Improved drought resistance. (4) Fully utilized heat resources and raised soil temperature. (5) Improved soil nutrient supply conditions. Technical key points: (1) Rotation

Reasons for increased yield

(1) Increased green area and improved canopy structure.

(2) Improved ventilation and light penetration conditions.

(3) Improved drought resistance.

(4) Fully utilized heat resources and raised soil temperature.

(5) Improved soil nutrient supply conditions. Technical key points

(1) Rotation and land preparation: This cultivation method should be established on the ridge planting basis of a corn-soybean-@#@245@#@ (miscellaneous grains or cash crops) "three-plot" rotation with minimum tillage, without continuous cropping or alternating cropping. After summer and autumn plowing of wheat stubble or corn stubble, harrow the land promptly, with no large clods or hidden lumps, use a seven-share plow to form ridges, and compact to preserve soil moisture. For original corn stubble with a deep plowing foundation, remove the stubble cleanly in early spring, pick out all residual stalks, and level the stubble pits to achieve a seedbed condition.

(2) Fertilization and sowing: This cultivation method advocates applying base fertilizer once every three years, broadcasting organic fertilizer (with organic matter content above 8%) before plowing, at 1500-2000kg per hectare. Chemical fertilizer is used as seed fertilizer, applied deeply 4-5cm below the seed, with 18-27kg pure nitrogen per hectare, 46-69kg phosphorus pentoxide, and 37.5-45.0kg potassium oxide.

This method requires the use of a 2BX 3 type specialized seeder for sowing, and a 2BT 2 precision seeder can also be used (with a corn plate for hole sowing), sowing once each in the furrow and on the ridge platform.

(3) Field management: When soybeans are emerging through the soil, perform deep loosening in the furrows between large rows (spacing 140cm) to a depth of 20-25cm. Between small rows (spacing 35cm), only hoe the soil for loosening, without deep loosening. It is necessary to achieve one loosening, two cultivations, three hoeings, and pull large weeds.
