High-temperature mushroom cultivation technology achieves high profits
Cultivating the high-temperature mushroom variety Xindeng 96 during the hot season not only makes year-round mushroom production a reality for mushroom growers, but also yields a profit of 45 yuan per sq m.
1. Compost formula. (1) 1000 kg rice straw, 1000 kg rapeseed cake, 20 kg urea, 50 kg Gulesu, 15 kg superphosphate, 30 kg lime. (2) 2000 kg rice straw, 140 kg rapeseed cake, 100 kg superphosphate, 100 kg gypsum, 75 kg lime, 40 kg urea. The compost uses the two-stage fermentation method, stacked outdoors for about 15 days, during which it is turned 3-4 times, then moved into the mushroom house or mushroom shed, heated to about 65°C and held for 6-8 hours, then cooled to 52°C and held for 3 days for the second fermentation.
2. Management during spawning and mycelial growth. Use the two-stage broadcast spawning method. That is, first scatter 2/3 of the spawn over the surface of the compost, then turn the spawn into the compost, and finally scatter the remaining 1/3 of the spawn on the surface of the compost layer, and pat it level gently with a wooden board. The spawning rate is 2 bottles of wheat grain spawn or 3 bottles of cottonseed hull spawn per sq m. After spawning, keep the windows closed to promote mycelial growth, and ventilate appropriately when the temperature is high.
3. Casing soil. When the mycelium has basically grown to the bottom of the compost layer, apply casing soil. The casing material is fine mud and rice husk ash, or river mud and rice husk ash. The ratio of rice husk ash to soil is 20:1. Spray with formaldehyde for disinfection before use. The moisture should be such that it holds together when squeezed and breaks apart when scattered, with a pH of about 8. The casing soil thickness is 3-4 cm, and 2.25 kg of clean water is sprayed per sq m. Keep the windows closed, and add more soil when mycelium emerges from the cracks in the soil layer.
4. Fruiting management. About 15 days after casing, the mycelium begins to knot and form primordia. At this time, ventilate and spray water so that the bed surface always remains moist, while maintaining a relatively high air humidity in the mushroom house (mushroom shed), reaching 85%-90%.
5. Pest and disease control. After one flush of mushrooms is finished, spray the bed surface with 4 ml of Decis mixed with 25 kg of water, and increase ventilation at the same time, so that water does not accumulate on the mushrooms and cause discoloration and rot spots.
