What new high-yield oyster mushroom varieties are recommended?

There are many varieties of oyster mushrooms promoted and applied in production, currently mainly Tuiguang No. 1, Xin 831, Qingfeng No. 1, Jiangdu 109, Yuanlin 802, etc. These varieties all have a certain influence among the vast number of mushroom farmers, and some mushroom farmers, because they prefer a particular variety, often do not change varieties for several consecutive years. This is not necessarily beneficial for achieving high yields of oyster mushrooms, because long-term use of a single variety may lead to variety degeneration, such as reduced variety resistance and decreased yield, thereby affecting the benefits of mushroom cultivation. In recent years, many new oyster mushroom varieties have been introduced, and through trial comparison

In recent years, many new oyster mushroom varieties have been introduced, and through trial comparison and practical verification, the following varieties have relatively high value for promotion and use.

① 50596: The mycelial growth temperature is 8°C-32°C, the fruiting temperature is 6°C-30°C, and the optimum fruiting temperature is 12°C-26°C. The mushroom bodies grow in clusters and are grayish white, the cap diameter is 6-15 cm, the stipe length is 2-5 cm, the mushroom quality is good, and the flush turnaround is relatively fast. However, in low-temperature seasons it is prone to producing long stipes.

② Nanjing No. 1: The mycelial growth temperature is 6°C-32°C, the fruiting temperature is 6°C-30°C, and the optimum fruiting temperature is 8°C-25°C. The fruiting bodies are dark gray, and in low-temperature periods they are black-gray; the fruiting bodies grow in clusters or in imbricate layers, the mushroom shape is compact, the cap diameter is 5-10 cm, the stipe and cap tissues are thick and fleshy, the toughness is relatively strong, and the quality is relatively good.

③ Heigongyan No. 1: The suitable growth temperature for mycelium is 10°C-28°C, the suitable growth temperature for fruiting bodies is 6°C-26°C, the cap surface is dark gray-black, they grow in clusters or in imbricate layers, the stipe is short, the mushroom quality is fine and dense, it is resistant to water and transportation, and the yield is relatively high.

④ Qingfeng 518: The suitable temperature for fruiting body development is 8°C-25°C, the fruiting bodies grow in clusters or in imbricate layers, the cap surface is dark gray, the stipe is short, fruiting is concentrated, and the resistance to contamination is strong.

⑤ Hokkaido No. 3: The suitable temperature for mycelial development is 20°C-26°C, the suitable temperature for fruiting body development and growth is 6°C-25°C, and the fruiting bodies grow in imbricate layers. The cap surface is earth-brown, the gills are dense, the cap is thick, the mushroom quality is excellent, and the yield is high.
