The leaf shape is long elliptical, the leaf color is dark green and glossy, the leaf surface is raised, the leaf body is slightly rolled backward, and the leaf margin is wavy. The quality of the green tea made from it is comparable to that of Fuding Dabaicha. Cold resistance is strong.
Yield performance: In variety comparison trials from 1992 to 1994, the 3-year average fresh leaf yield per mu was 352.6 kg, 19.2% higher than Fuding Dabaicha. During the national regional trials from 1997 to 2001, it was 37.19-138.1% higher than the control variety Fuding Dabaicha.
