Yield performance: In comparative cultivar trials from 1986 to 1991, the 6-year average fresh leaf yield per mu was 1252.11 kg, 19.85% higher than that of Fuding Dabaicha. During the national regional trials from 1997 to 2001, it was comparable to the control cultivar Fuding Dabaicha.
Key points of cultivation techniques: In the early stage of cultivation, the root system is well developed and requires high-fertility management; taking advantage of its early sprouting and the large proportion of spring tea, produce more famous and high-quality tea in the early period; strictly control mite damage.
