Luxuan 7579 shiitake. (1) Characteristics: a low-temperature strain, with a spawn age of 150-180 days; the mushrooms are large and round, with thick flesh and short stems, and high commercial value; it is a high-quality shiitake strain. Its most notable features are a long mycelium-running period and a strong ability to decompose substrate nutrients; it is suitable for cultivating large flower shiitake or fresh shiitake for export. The production cycle is about 10 months. (2) Suitable temperatures: 5-30°C for mycelium running, 7-23°C for fruiting.
