Basic copper sulfate can be used to control cotton diseases

Copper Gaoshang 27.12% basic copper sulfate suspension concentrate can be used to control multiple cotton diseases.

For seedling-stage application, after cotton is sown and covered with soil, drench with Copper Gaoshang 27.12% basic copper sulfate suspension concentrate at 600-800 times dilution to disinfect the seedbed soil, which can effectively prevent soil-borne diseases. When the cotton seedlings have all emerged and the cotyledons are flat and spread out, spray with Copper Gaoshang 27.12% basic copper sulfate suspension concentrate at 1000 times dilution, which can effectively control seedling-stage diseases such as cotton damping-off and anthracnose. 3-5 days before transplanting the cotton seedlings, spray with Copper Gaoshang 27.12% basic copper sulfate suspension concentrate at 1000 times dilution, which can ensure that the transplanted cotton seedlings do not become infected, improving the transplant survival rate.

For field-stage application, cotton Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt are soil-borne systemic diseases, and when temperature and humidity are suitable, the pathogen easily infects and causes disease. After cotton seedlings become infected, in the early stage of disease, spray with Copper Gaoshang 27.12% basic copper sulfate suspension concentrate at 600-800 times dilution, then apply again after 7-10 days. For severely affected plants, drench the roots with Copper Gaoshang 27.12% basic copper sulfate suspension concentrate at 500 times dilution. Cotton angular leaf spot is mostly caused by bacterial infection after flooding; in the early stage of disease, spray with Copper Gaoshang 27.12% basic copper sulfate suspension concentrate at 500 times dilution, which can effectively control the spread of the disease.

This product has no systemic activity, so it will not inhibit cotton plant growth due to excessive use; it has strong adhesion and penetration, with a residual effect lasting more than 20 days. Early application for prevention gives better results. This product has good miscibility and can be mixed with fungicides and insecticides that are not strongly acidic or strongly alkaline, but it cannot be mixed with domestically produced monopotassium phosphate; when necessary, it can be mixed with Nufarm Duolijia (a high-content foliar potassium fertilizer, also containing nitrogen, phosphorus and trace elements) or high-quality foliar fertilizers and regulators.
